We recommend the Arm Sling Sport for adults weighing between 90 and 250 pounds. The strap length measures 35 inches, while the pouch length is 14 inches. However, we also offer two other sizes to accommodate different body types.

On the other hand, the Think Ergo Arm Sling Sport XL is ideal for adults who need a longer arm pouch. Its adjustable pouch length ranges from 14 to 17 inches.

Using the Think Ergo Arm Sling Sport is simple. Here are the step-by-step instructions:

Step 1: Lay the arm sling flat on a table, ensuring that the arm pouch opening is pointing towards the opposite side of your injured arm.

Step 2: Using your non-injured arm, place the strap over your head and rest it on the shoulder opposite to your injury.

Step 3: Gently slide your injured arm into the pouch. To provide additional support to your hand, insert your thumb through the closest elastic loop.

Step 4: Adjust the strap length by pulling the velcro tab. Once you have achieved the desired length, press the velcro firmly against the strap to secure it in place.

Step 5 (Optional): If you need to extend the arm pouch, simply pull out the extendable fabric. However, we advise consulting with your physician to ensure proper fitting of the arm sling.

Please note that we have updated the design of the arm sling pouch. It is now made from polyester instead of mesh, improving its durability, lightweight properties, and moisture-wicking capabilities. Additionally, the arm sling is reversible and can be worn on either the left or right arm, providing versatility.

For your comfort, the Think Ergo Arm Sling Sport features cushiony neoprene strap padding. This padding ensures all-day comfort, minimizing any discomfort or irritation on your neck and shoulder.

As we transition the arm sling pouch's color from black and white to solely black, please be aware that some customers may still receive the previous black-and-white versions. Rest assured, however, that all versions provide the same level of support and comfort.
